On August 8, 2024, an agreement was signed with the development finance institution Altum for the allocation of European Union funding - a loan of EUR 33,443.00 for the implementation of energy efficiency improvement measures at the production unit of FBS Industry LTD, located at Laukmuižas 20, Talsi. As part of the project, a 61 kW solar power station will be installed for self-consumption. The implemented energy efficiency improvement measures will ensure heat energy savings and a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
